I think that putting Tangerine Man on a $1bn platinum coin is a joke rather than a serious proposal.

At any rate, I personally think that Ronald Reagan is the obvious choice. Republicans would have a collective brain seizure trying to reconcile the obvious sarcasm with, well, Ronald Motherfucking Reagan on a $1bn platinum coin.
