According to this chart that's only slightly louder than "conversation between acts at a theatre; hotel lobby conversation".

Methinks some people are listening a little too hard.

Ummm, her neighbors would throw a fit if they visit Greece. The howls and screams during the night in Greece are quite ear shattering...and uninspiring.

If the screaming/howling came from your own hotel the tourists are whispering and pointing at each other until they figure out the natives are restless and LOUD at play.
